Teen Night - Teen Night is this Friday - wait, that's TOMORROW! We're going to Fort Boise in downtown Boise - a hangout with a gym, dance area, gaming center, and lots more! We will be leaving the club at 8p and coming back about 11p. Teen Night this time is only $3, but we're not getting pizza. They have pizza and soda for sale at Fort Boise - so bring extra money for food when we get there. Here's the important thing - you must have a permission slip signed and turned in to us by Friday (again, TOMORROW is Friday)! You will not get the chance to call a parent and get verbal permission. No slip, no Teen Center - and sad you!
CapEd video - Capital Educators has an opportunity for any filmmakers. Make a family-friendly video less than 3 minutes long explaining the difference between a bank and a credit union, and you have the chance to win $250!!! Entries must be in by April 17. Double-check with Lindsay for all the rules, or check out the flier in the Teen Center!
Keystone Conference - April 29-30 is the date for our 2nd Annual Keystone Conference! If you went last year, you know the awesomeness that awaits! The first night (Friday) is hanging out and playing games at the Garden City facility - that's including the gym, the Teen Center and everything else. It's an over-nighter, so be sure to bring a sleeping bag and stuff to look and smell good in the morning! The next day (Saturday) is a series of breakout sessions from teen relationships to college prep to writing a resume and a bunch of other awesome sessions that you get to choose for yourself. That's right- you choose what you want to learn! And what's better than that? More news coming up as we get closer to the Conference.
